Executive Profiles
BirtcherAnderson Realty, LLC is a commercial real estate investment entity founded in March 2004 by industry veterans Arthur Birtcher and Robert Anderson within the Birtcher Real Estate Family of Companies, continuing the tradition of success through integrity that has spanned more than 65 years.
Birtcher Anderson Realty was formed in response to a real estate market influenced by substantial amounts of private and institutional real estate capital requiring the expertise and strength of long-standing organizations with financially committed and time-tested principals. Birtcher and Anderson have employed their strong relationships both within the real estate brokerage community, and with other property owners to identify acquisition targets which can be capitalized with creative structures which allow investors to meet their investment objectives.
For five years prior to forming Birtcher Anderson Realty, Anderson and Birtcher had been conducting their real estate investment activities through their service company Birtcher Anderson Properties, Inc., another affiliate of the Birtcher Real Estate Family of Companies. During that time, Birtcher Anderson Properties' acquisition programs greatly accelerated, producing more than $600 million in property transactions. As a result of this success, Birtcher Anderson Realty was created as a new investment platform to unbundle the investment activity from the service-focusing activity of Birtcher Anderson Properties. The formation of Birtcher Anderson Realty has enabled Birtcher Anderson Properties, to continue to focus on property management, asset management and leasing services, for third-party owner, as well as, for the properties operated by Birtcher Anderson Realty.
Birtcher Anderson Realty seeks the acquisition of office, industrial, retail and multi-family properties, within the California; Phoenix, Arizona; and Las Vegas, Nevada markets, as these markets enjoy strong population and job market growth. For more specific information, see Acquisition Criteria.
