its 1939 inception, the Birtcher organization has grown
to national prominence as a leading commercial and industrial
real estate firm in the western United States. Over
the years we have been responsible for the operation
of as much as 22 million square feet of property for
our own account as well as on behalf of corporate owners,
U.S. pension funds, off-shore investors and private
individuals. We have repositioned troubled assets for
financial institutions, labor unions and the federal
government, and acquired, constructed and/or developed
over 100 million square feet of commercial and industrial
property for third parties and our own account as well.
For
more than sixty years the company has maintained a solid
reputation for integrity and commitment to enduring

Birtcher
companies have been chosen as the NAIOP "Developer
of the Year," "Entrepreneur of the Year"
(Mexico and the United States), received the University
of California's Sumigarden Real Estate Award, and in
1995 were awarded entrance to the Builders Hall of Fame.
