B. Birtcher As Chairman of Birtcher Anderson Realty, LLC, Arthur B. Birtcher chairs the Investment Committee and oversees day-to-day asset management function. The San Juan Capistrano, California based company was formed in March 2004 by Arthur Birtcher and Bob Anderson, and focuses solely on commercial/industrial real estate investment and asset/property management programs. Since joining the family-run business in 1961, Birtcher has headed a variety of positions in acquisitions, finance and operations, and is credited with having overseen Birtcher's international offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia and Beijing. During Birtcher's tenure, the Birtcher Family of Companies has purchased and developed over 4 billion dollars of real estate and constructed over sixty million square feet of research and development, industrial flex and suburban office space. The company has also managed portfolios up to twenty million square feet of commercial real estate and developed offices in twenty-two states. Birtcher is known for his real estate expertise as well as his humanitarianism, having earned such awards as, the B'nai Brith Anti-Defamation League Real Estate Man of the Year and the NAIOP U.S. Developer of the Year Award. Past member and Director of the Board of Directors for the American Business Conference, an association composed of one hundred CEO's of the nation's fastest growing "mid cap" and small companies, advising Congress and the Executive Branch as to the current needs of the U.S. economy. He has served on numerous other boards of directors including the University of San Diego, Mount St. Mary's College, Mission Regional Medical Center, Mission Regional Hospital Foundation, Stewards of St. Peter Papal Foundation, the State Farm Real Estate Company, the Diocese of Orange Construction and Land Advisory Boards, Orange County's American Red Cross and United Way, Capistrano Valley's Boys and Girls Club, the Caritas Corporation (501 C3 low-income housing company), Chairman and Board member of CalOptima (HMO for 230,000 medical recipients) and co-founder of Orange County Community Clinic Camino Health Center (providing health care for the medical indigent, 90,000 patient visits per year). He is the co-founder of the Student Presidential Forum, (a program for 10,000 high school students dealing with their home, school, and personal behavioral needs) and is also a member of the Knights of Malta and Knights of the Holy Sepulchre, and Founder of the Rely on Christ (R.O.C.) Conference for Youth. In 2001, Birtcher was the recipient of the Huntington Disease Society of America's Distinguished Leadership Award. In March of 2005, he received the Bishop Tod D. Brown Award for Exemplary Business Integrity. In November of 2005, Birtcher was named as one of the 100 people who has shaped Orange County, and in 2006, was elected an Honorary Don of the Felix Granda Foundation, Madrid, Spain. In 2009 he received the National William Sadlier Catholic Identity Award and the NCEA, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Award. As of January, 2007 Mr. Birtcher was again appointed by the Orange County Supervisors to a four year term on the Cal Optima Board of Directors. He was also honored by the Boy Scouts of America as a 2007 Man of Character. He established and became a founder of the Santa Ana Business Bank and was elected to the Board of Directors for the Orange Catholic Foundation.
Robert
Anderson Robert Anderson is responsible for investment strategy, investor relations and oversight of all acquisition and disposition operations of Birtcher Anderson Realty, LLC ("BAR"). BAR was created to unbundle the investment activity from its property management, asset management and leasing services affiliate, Birtcher Anderson Realty Management, Inc., which began a direct investment program in 1999. Since that time BAR has acquired over $500 million of commercial property in Southern California and Arizona. Prior to this direct investment activity, Anderson directed the company's investment advisory business which acquired over $300 million of commercial property throughout the US on behalf of domestic and off-shore private investors. Anderson joined the Birtcher organization in 1988, eventually succeeding to the position of Cochairman of the Birtcher Real Estate Group. Since 1992, he has served as President of Birtcher Anderson Realty Management, Inc., managing the growth of the company's management portfolio to as much as 20 million square feet of space. Anderson earned a Bachelor of Arts in both Economics and Accounting from Augustana College and has a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Anderson is a member of the Urban Land Institute and former director of the Building Owners and Managers Association ("BOMA") Advisory Board. He is an active supporter of the Mission San Juan Capistrano, Capistrano Valley Boys and Girls Club, and the Urban School Assistance Assistance Project, and he is a member of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange School Advisory Board and the Education Committee at Santa Margarita Catholic High School.
Becky
J. Rodarte Becky J. Rodarte oversees accounting, risk management, human resources, and miscellaneous administrative activities of Birtcher Anderson. Rodarte has over 25 years of real estate experience inclusive of commercial and multi-family residential property management and development; country club / golf course and hotel management activities. Rodarte joined Birtcher Anderson in 1996 as Vice President of Human Resources. She previously worked for them from 1987 to 1989 as Assistant Controller. Prior to joining Birtcher Anderson, Rodarte worked for 7 years at Chevron Land & Development Company as Finance Manager and was the Human Resource Manager for non-Chevron employees of which the average headcount exceeded 500. Rodarte was Chevron's manager in the construction (shell and tenant improvement) of Ligand Pharmaceuticals' Building One located in La Jolla, CA consisting of 52,800 square feet, which serves as both laboratory space as well as their headquarters. In addition to real estate, she has an accounting background in oil & gas, vineyard & winery production. Rodarte earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources / Management from the University of Houston and completed graduate studies at the University of Houston and Pepperdine University. She is LEED AP Certified. For the 2009 / 2010 year, Rodarte serves as the President Elect and Treasurer of the San Juan Capistrano Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, member of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Professionals In Human Resources Association (PIHRA), and National Charity League, Inc.-Monarch Beach Chapter . She lives in Laguna Niguel, has been married for 20 years, has one daughter, and serves as a volunteer at St. Anne School.
Ted Rabban
Ted Rabban is the local partner and Designated Broker of Bircher Arizona, LLC based in Phoenix, Arizona. In the Phoenix Metro area, Birtcher Arizona currently operates and manages over 1 million square feet of commercial office and industrial properties for a variety of institutional and private investors, including Wachovia, CUNA Mutual Insurance, Pacific Coast Capital Partners, Thackeray Partners, and RCH Capital. From 1986 through 2007, Rabban was responsible for the development and operations of Fountainhead Corporate Park located in Tempe. He developed, leased, and managed 500,000 square feet of office product at this unique 90-acre mixed use park, owned by AmberJack, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of State Farm Insurance. Rabban was also the development manager for the $65M 385,000 square foot State Farm Insurance SunLand Regional Office, including initial development entitlements, which opened in 2000. Ted attended Arizona State University, has been married over 27 years, has two children, and one grandchild. He was a member of the City of Tempe Planning Commission from 1993 through 1999 of which 3 years included his tenure as Chairman. Ted actively volunteers at St. Daniel the Prophet Catholic Parish located in Scottsdale and chaired the school board from 2004 through 2008. He currently serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee.
Jeffrey
W. Eales, CPM, CCIM Jeff Eales is responsible for underwriting and due diligence in the acquisitions of properties for the company. He also assists with the disposition of assets. He primarily assists with Asset Management and Leasing oversight to a portion of the company's portfolio. Most recently, he assumed oversight of eleven mobile home parks for a client in locations throughout California, totaling nearly 2100 coaches. Jeff's background includes over 20 years in real estate. He spent several years in accounting and property management before becoming the Director of Regional Property Management for USAA Realty Company for 6 years. He has been with Birtcher Anderson for over 12 years, handling Portfolio Management for 6 years, and Asset Management and Leasing for 3 years, prior to transitioning to the Transactions Department. Jeff is a graduate of Trinity College with a BA in Business Administration, and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designations, and is a California licensed Real Estate Broker. He has been married over 23 years, has 2 children, and lives in Mission Viejo, CA. He enjoys volunteering at the Orange County Bird of Prey Center and mountain biking.

Team Sam Parsa Sam H. Parsa has served Birtcher Anderson since 1986 and held various positions at Birtcher Anderson including Senior Accountant, Assistant Controller, Division Controller, Corporate Controller and now serves as the Treasurer. His current responsibilities include corporate budgeting, cash flow, and consolidation. Parsa maintains banking relationships and negotiates lines of credit. Before joining Birtcher Anderson, Parsa was the Accounting Supervisor for Alltime Incorporated. Prior to Alltime, Parsa was employed by Grabart & Co., a mid-size CPA firm in Anaheim, California. Parsa earned his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Master's Degree in Financial Management from West Coast University in California. He is a California licensed real estate broker. Parsa enjoys hiking and playing basketball with his children.
Catherine
C. Lim Catherine C. Lim serves as Accounting Manager for several property portfolios, assisting in the coordination of monthly and annual fiscal reporting to investors and lenders. Prior to joining Birtcher Anderson, Catherine worked as senior accountant and senior financial analyst for companies in the real estate, telecommunication, and private investment banking industries. Catherine earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from The University of Kansas and a Master's Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Finance from Rockhurst University. She holds a CPA license in the state of Kansas.

Lisa Miller Lisa Miller is a Regional Property Manager currently overseeing a portfolio of approximately 600,000 square feet of high rise office and retail assets in Orange County. Lisa has 13 years of commercial property management experience. Prior to joining Birtcher Anderson, she worked with CarrAmerica Realty for 10 years, most recently as the Senior Property Manager overseeing approximately 1 million of low rise, suburban office buildings. Lisa is a longstanding member of BOMA and was graciously honored with the Principal Member of the Year award in 2006. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Real Estate and Law from Cal Poly Pomona. She enjoys playing softball, soccer and water sports including boating. Lisa currently resides with her husband and twin daughters in Yorba Linda.
Jeanie
Landa Barbara (Jeanie) Landa is the resident Property Manager at Lakeshore Gardens, a high-end gated 383-unit mobilehome community for senior citizens age 55 and over. Landa joined Birtcher Anderson in 2002 as the Assistant Property Manager at Lakeshore and in 2006 was promoted to the Property Manager. Prior to joining Birtcher Anderson, Landa was with the Grossmont Union High School District for 25 years working in administration, the district facility maintenance department and the district accounting office. In 1989, she was asked by the district administration to develop a new position of Facilities Manager on the oldest and largest campus in the district at Grossmont High School. In that new position, Landa was responsible for developing systems and procedures for all non-academic and non-student activities on the campus including supervision of all nonacademic personnel, maintenance of the campus buildings and grounds, coordination of use of all campus facilities, and management of a multi-million dollar annual budget. As the new position was implemented on other campuses in the district, Landa also sat on the committee that selected the people for the new positions and participated in their training. Landa retired from the Grossmont District in 2001 but the majority of the systems and procedures she developed and the people she trained are still in place. Landa is married with two children and five grandchildren.
Mandy
M. Latzen, CPM As Senior Property Manager with Birtcher Anderson Realty Management, Mandy oversees day-to-day management of the Sacramento portfolio and the business development opportunities in the Greater Sacramento Area. Latzen has been in the commercial real estate industry for almost two decades with her focus on management and leasing. She has worked on diverse portfolios including medical, office, industrial and retail. Latzen is known for taking an active role coordinating the operations and raising the standards of her properties while creating strong client and tenant relations. She developed a stringent program setting high standards for vendors servicing medical office buildings, which not only raises awareness, but has proven to reduce worker risks. Although Latzen's expertise is working with institutional clients she enjoys working with all investors to develop an aggressive management plan to increase the ROI on their respective asset. She has spent her professional career in Sacramento and keeps a close pulse on the commercial market. Latzen attended the University of Kansas and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) candidate. Latzen currently services as the Sustainer Vice President for the Junior League of Sacramento and is actively involved with the Crocker Art Museum. She is married and has 3 children.
Lynda
L. Bettini, CPM Lynda Bettini currently oversees the property management activities of the Birtcher Arizona, LLC portfolio in Arizona. Bettini has been in the real estate industry since 1979, received the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, and holds her Arizona salesperson's license. Having experience in office, industrial, retail and residential real estate, she has been involved in all forms of real estate management, accounting, leasing and tenant improvement construction. Prior to relocating to Arizona, Bettini worked for Birtcher Anderson since 1989. Based out of the California office, she was responsible for the property and asset management activities of several client portfolios including State Farm Insurance, Cigna Insurance, GMAC, local ownership groups and Birtcher Anderson owned properties. Bettini has been married for over thirty years.
Christine
Howe, CPM Christine Howe is responsible for the Las Vegas portfolio and is a Regional Property Manager. Although Christine has only been with Birtcher Anderson since December 2008, she has 35 years in property management and leasing. The last eight years have been in Las Vegas and prior to that, in Oregon. Christine owned and managed Commercial Property Management in Medford, Oregon from 1974 to 2001. Her company managed commercial, shopping centers, residential, mobile home parks and homeowner associations. Since being in Las Vegas, her portfolio has consisted of industrial, retail, shopping centers and office buildings. Christine has been a Certified Property Manager (CPM) since 1984 and a licensed real estate agent and/or broker continuously since 1976. She currently holds her Nevada brokers and property management licenses. Christine was the 2004 President of BOMA/Nevada and the 2008 President of the Las Vegas Chapter 99 of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She has held numerous other positions in both organizations. Christine has three children and 5 grandchildren. She likes to play golf and has a 13 handicap. She chaired the 2007 Las Vegas Chapter 99 Golf Tournament which donated $10,000 to Links for Life, a charity that funds money to street teens and other causes involving children in need.
