Anderson has a long history of successfully providing
third party asset management, property management and
marketing/leasing services through its management affiliates,
Birtcher Anderson Properties and Birtcher Arizona.
These services have been performed on behalf of major
financial institutions, public realty funds, private
investors and Birtcher Anderson sponsored entities.
Its portfolio has been as large as 20 million square
feet. Birtcher Anderson understands the responsibility
entrusted to us as a steward of our clients' assets
and that a key measure of successful stewardship is
profitability.
Birtcher
Anderson builds strong, long-term relationships with
our clients - relationships based on shared goals and
mutual benefits. Over 30% of our existing portfolio
consists of third party contracts for asset and/or property
management services. However, all properties in our
portfolio are managed as if they were our own, as the
success of
Birtcher Anderson Properties, Birtcher Arizona
and the Birtcher Anderson organization as a whole,
is founded upon the achievement of outstanding investment
results for our clients.

three offices in Southern California; one office in
